This little hot dog joint is well worth the trek to the charming town of Rockford. The hot dogs are unique and delicious - they taste like gourmet food (if that is possible for hot dogs!) The service (a dying art these days) is friendly and attentive. Yup, they do it right folks!

I like the dogs but would suggest a steamer or grill to warm the buns. Then it would be five star.

THIS IS THE BEST HOT DOG PLACE IN THE AREA!!! My family and I are huge fans of Dam Dogs! They serve high quality hot dogs, on fresh, soft buns. You have your choice of many many toppings! The owner is AWESOME! Very good service, which is unfortunately quite hard to find these days! Sorry Corner Bar....but ever since Dam Dogs opened, there is a new "best" hot dog in town!!
