Save your money and go to a REAL theatre: ugh. I wish i could have given this joint zero stars. We will never be visiting DCfPA again. The box office staff was rude and unaccomodating. We drove over an hour and half to see The Nutcracker, as an early Christmas present for our 4yr old daughter (she loves ballet, and had already seen a couple variations of TN on dvd...was excited to do something this special and grownup).

Upon presenting our season tickets, the box office staff proceeded to crack our nuts and ruined what was a great day already. The show was sold out, but despite our being season ticket holders, we were not able to take part in this holiday festivity, because our seats were gone. This would have been the first show that we took in at the Dogwood and we were hoping that it would be a great alternative to Devos and the Miller auditoriums.

Needless to say, we are just going to stick with the tried and trues. The prices may be higher, but at least the customer service aspect will be worth it. This joint was not worth the drive.
