I recently purchased a satellite radio from them. After a few weeks I started having problems with it. It turned out that there were two issues, neither of them the fault of Tech Audio. In fact one of the problems was created by a cord that I provided. Tech Audio worked hard to fix things anyway. They bent over backwards to make the radio fully functional. I find this level of service rare these days. I highly recommend them.

    DO NOT VISIT TECH AUDIO!!!

I brought my 2006 VW Passat to them when my factory stereo was powering on but not producing any sound. They tapped into power sources to run a jumper wire from one source to my amplfier. I paid them their $80 after waiting all day for it to be done, when I was told it would take no more than 2 hours to complete. After leaving, I made it less than a mile before it stopped working again. I also noticed that my air bag light was on now, it never was before he touched it!

I brought it back the very next day to get my money back. He looked at it again. I was informed that he can not get power to the amp or to the air bag system that he butchered! I wa given my $80 back and sent on my way!!!

This did not fix the original problem AND it caused a potential huge problem with my airbags! This is endangering my life!!!!!!!

He will be paying to fix what he messed up, voluntarilly or through legal sources.

On top of all of this, he was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the whole ordeal.

DO NOT VISIT TECH AUDIO - HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING!
