Hesperia House Restaurant

This business sure made a turn around. I was in before and had bad service from someone named Trish and this time they hired a new person and he is a wonderful server. If you go into this restaurant ask for Terry, this is the new person and they finally did something right. I hope that they fired Trish and hired this guy because it would improve their business. I didn't have to let my coffee be empty before I got more and very friendly service.

I think the owners need to rethink having their daughter as a waitress there. Her service and additude suck. I had to wait 25 minutes to be waited on and they were not busy even. I think if people started not leaving her tips maybe we can start to get better service from this place. Single guys of course she tends to be very attentive to but if she thinks she won't get a good tip she doesn't take a table even. If the owners wonder where their business has gone look at the service people get and fix this by firing the daughter because that is about the only way to get better service and some good waitresses in there again. Good luck to anyone who goes in here. They make you wait long time and then push you out as quick as possible if they think you won't tip because of bad service.

A couple of years ago, my boyfriend and I were visiting his niece, in Hesperia. She happened to be an employee of Hesperia House at that time, so, of course, we had to check out the service, food and atmosphere. We were very impressed with the amount of food in an order there. To be honest, I do not remember what we ordered, as we ate there about 4 times during those few days we were in Hesperia. The taste of the food was fantastic, the service was great, employees were polite and friendly. All in all, it was a nice dining experience, and, if ever in that area again, I would stop back in.
