Excellent. Good food, nice freindly service. IF you go more than once or twice they will remember you and your usual order(s).
Lunch & afternoon (11a.m. to 6p.m) are best times to go. They get really busy after 7p.m. I recommend their swiss mushroom chessburger (but if you are a big guy I recommend getting a double meat, double chesse swiss mushroom burger (they rock)It will only set you back around 9 bucks But is is excellent. Anyways I recommend: their burgers (but especially the swiss) (red robin & branns suck compared to the cottage burgers), their wet burrito (beats adobe's any day), their steaks are nice & tender (& beat brans anyday). Their fried mushrooms are good, but you will want to ask for ranch instead of cocktail sauce. The only thing I would not order is their meatloaf sandwhich (IT is different maet from the hamburgers & mashed potatoes are bland- so stay away from the meatloaf) As for everything else. They also have a good tukey sandwhich and will accomadate you like making it on wheat bread or putting swiss chesse on sandwhices, etc. Their food is excellent, the servers are nice & freindly & service is good. Prices are moderate, but will worht it. Look at spending $20 to $35 plus tip for 2 people depending on drinks, appetizers, etc. BUt excellant treat & well worth it for your girlfriend, or wife. And if your a girl, a guy would love this for his borthday or much less for any day of the week. Heck I might have to go get a real swiss chessseburger now since i am hungry.

Their chips and salsa and their seafood are amazing! The portions are generous, the service better than expected on a busy Blues night. I recommend the seafood platter and the tuna steak.

Rose's beats the Cottage burgers hands down! We ate here on 4/26/08, bottom line...not impressed. Also, the 10 cents worth of spuds for $3.50 - over and above the burger - was just not classy. If you want an assembly line burger, step out to the Cottage Bar.
