I went to Family Auto Center this past week to purchase a vehicle. I was not impressed at all by the service I recieved. The Finance Manager was the worst of the bunch. He did everything he could, to NOT get me into the vehicle of my choice. He was very disorganized. He never had time to answer any of my questions, and he always kept me waiting. I complained about my service to the General Manager, who made it known to myself, that the Finance Manager was one of the best (scary). During that time, I was looking to purchase my vehicle, my husband and I test drove it, got a cashiers check for our deposit, had the paper work drawn up, and took in all proof of income, only at that time to return from test driving the vehicle (and to sign paperwork) to hear the Finance Manager say "the vehicle has been sold". With no explanation whatsoever, except it happended while we were gone on the test drive. I couldn't believe it. I was so dissatisfied with their explanation and what had happen. Then, the next day the vehicle sat in the lot unsold, with them trying to have me purchase a vehicle that was not work the bluebook value. I went down to Betten Auto down the street got a much better vehicle, much better service, with welcome smiles from all the car salesman. All my questions were answered, and the deal was closed in ONE DAY!! I would definitely recommend if purchasing a vehicle you stay away from Family "Crisis" Center. (I mean Family Auto Center).

I will be up front about Family Auto Center I went in there about two weeks ago and i got the shock of my life . As i got out of my car this salesman met me on the lot with a hand shake and a smile . He gave me his name and and i felt at home . I had been shopping for a car for about a month and they should have been first on my list but like they say save the best for last. I told the young man what i was looking at and right away we went to his office we sat down and i told him what it was i wanted and he wrote everything down asked me where i wanted to be for a payment as well. H told me he had a few ideas and would be right back , he came back and said i have a couple of cars i think you might like and we went out to look at the cars and he was right on the money i liked both cars . After all the test drives with him we went back to his office and did paper work i told him the payment i wanted to be at and not only did he get me what i wanted but he got me 25.00 dollars less then what i said i wanted to pay . so if you are looking for a great deal go see this young man his name starts with a K or even see one of there other saleman they make you feel like you matter as a customer and your needs and wants count

I was in the market for a car and I stopped by Family Auto Center. I was greeted promptly and very friendly by Ryan Bornes. I found out that he is new there and was pleasantly surprised by how well he treated me. He found me what I needed and showed me the car instead of trying to sell me the most expensive one. I bought from him and will continue to buy. I recommend everyone to go see Ryan Bornes at Family Auto Center.
