I have never written a review for a company before but I agree with most of the other users on this. I had a TERRIBLE experience with these guys. The sales peerson that I dealt with, female but don't know her name, knew nothing about bikes. So when asked a question wrong information was given. I called a second time to make sure and was told to "not worry about it" and also given a specific prodect number to order for my specific bike. Got the wheel, had my tire mounted, went to put it on, axel doesn't fit. Had to pay to have the tire unmounted, and pay to ship it back to return all out of pocket. Apprently the shop that unmounted my tire scratched my rim in multiple spots so they couldn't take it back. So now I have paid to ship it twice, mount a tire, unmount a tire, and am stuck with a wheel set that needs a new axle and other parts to make it work which they didn't even know until I had them call EXCEL. I will never order anything from them again and will make sure noone i ever ride with does either.

Dealing with Alena at Babbits online and Katlin. Niether knows one bike from the next. Ordered a stop / start switch and was sent the wrong part. Would not return of send me the right one. Leaving for a bike trip now and do not have any more time to wait.
6 calls came up with one actually answered after 12 min on hold on cell. I have cancer now... Emails refer me to call the number which is busy or puts me on hold. VERY frustrating and i have a bike that has to be jury rigged to run until I can get the right part.
Then of course they wont take the part back or exchange it. So now I have to drive up to Michigan to make a personal apperance for an $80 part. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

PARTS ON TIME AND AS ORDERED, BUT SOLD MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER

I placed my order online, and was surprised to see my credit card number and expiration clearly displayed on the website. Then noticed it was not secure, and that it could very easily be compromised. Have to say I did not appreciate that.

At any rate, my order was placed. I had not heard anything after a few days, so I sent an e-mail to their customer service, and got a reply the next day that my shipment was still being prepared.

A few days before my expected delivery date, the parts arrived at my door. All the parts were exactly what I had ordered, and I was thrilled to have them before the weekend so I could have my bike ready for a ride that weekend.

So I'm thinking that everything is cool.

Well, last night I received a call from a marketing services company that because I had done business with one of their affiliates, I would be receiving $40 worth of gas vouchers in the mail. I'd also be getting a coupon book mailed to me, and if I liked it, I could continue to receive the coupon book every month for $25/month. She then went on to say that the subscription would be automatically billed to my credit card, and then proceeded to read my credit card info and started verifying the information.

She already had my credit card information, and had already enrolled me in a montly program that would start billing me. A program I had never heard of, and couldn't have had less interest in. I told her that I wanted to be 100% clear, and that she did not have authorization to use my card to enroll me in anything whatsoever. She then hurried through the rest of her call script and hung up.

Apparently Babbitt's sold my credit card info to this company. I searched today and found other users had experienced the same thing after ordering from them. I cannot stress enough how unethical that is, or warn any other bargain hunters out there strongly enough to look elsewhere, or pay a little more to deal with someone more trustworthy. I'm now monitoring my credit card for any other unauthorized activity.

If you like their prices (which are unbelievable), print out the screen shot of the part you need and take it to your local Honda dealer. See if they'll match the price, or at least give you a nice discount. You get a discount, your dealer gets a sale, Babbitt's gets screwed, and justice is served.
