User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI just purchased a vehicle from Betten Auto. I have to say, the service was great, the staff was wonderful. I was able to get my car in one day. The sales guy did everything he could, to get me into the vehicle of my choice. I have a great vehicle, with a warranty. I strongly recommend car shoppers to visit Betten Auto. (^;

Have to agree about the service department. I did have warranty work done, but had them check on another problem with the rear defroster that was not working. The service writer checked it out and said it was caused by somone scraping off a sticker from the window and was not covered by warranty. He charged my $35 to tell me that!
