User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI turned in 10 sweaters to dry clean last spring and put them on the shelf until this fall. When I opened them up they were filthy. Some kind of white stuff was everywhere. When I called the store they said they couldn't do anything because it had been so long. The woman put me on hold while in conversation. When will customer service come back. Is it dead forever.
Check your clothes at the store or better yet, go somewhere else.
