    the BEST THING about yen ching is their soy meat! It has a meaty texture and they can put it in ANY of the dishes. we drive from lansing to get it! also like the peppery hot and sour (vegetarian) and veggie eggrolls. LOVE THIS PLACE!

    kentwoodgirl: This is the best place in Grand Rapids for Chinese food! The owner usually meets you at the door. Food is a little on the pricey side, but well worth the money -- the portions are HUGE! I agree about the sesame chicken -- my all time fave! (They use all-breast meat for their chicken -- a rarity in Chinese cooking.) The shrimp in lobster sauce is also fabulous! The wait staff is extremely friendly; the restaurant is quite clean.

    Little description?!!!!!!: The People below me could at least describe food..... 3 of you in a row make it sound like your manager told you to go home and sumbit a review..... In fact your names are kin of chinesy...
