I want to rate this place great because it has so much potential. I love the selection of fine scotches, whiskeys, and liquors you will not find other places. They have an okay wine selection and a mediocre beer selection. The ambience is awesome with one huge drawl back. They allow smoking inside and apparently have no ventilation what so ever. One of the smokiest places I have been to in a while. If they made this a no smoking bar I would be rating this a 4 or 5. They have two dart boards, the real ones not the crappy electronic ones, pool tables, and a foosball table as well.

I had a terrible experience at this resturant Friday December 19th. I just called Cambridge House a moment ago this Saturday December 20th 11:45 am. I asked to speak with a manager and the other person on the line would not allow me to speak with the General Manager or Manager on staff. This is equally insulting!

Friday night, I went in to meet some friends, who at the time did not show up. I sat at the bar waiting for my friends. While waiting, I was going to order a drink, however nobody would acknowledge me. I was completly ignored! Nobody greeting me nor waiting on me. After ten minutes of waiting without a simple greeting such as, "Hi how are ya, be with ya in a minute," I left disgusted!

I called my friends that I was supposed to meet at Cambridge House and told them to meet me at The Melting Pot off the E.Belt Line. There we got the service beyound expectations. I dropped over 476$ dollars and added a 50$ tip ontop of the normal 15%.

Never again will my friends and colleuges set foot in this establishment. Do not judge this resturant by its looks, service was the worst I have ever experienced in my whole life.

This is my first posting of this complaint with respect too Cambridge House. I will continue to post this lovely experience on other websites.

Great Casual Hang out!: This place is great for hanging out with some friends and having a few drinks. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very laid back and nice!
