I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY HAVE COREY SHELTON THERE. I HEARD THIS PLACE WAS BAD BUT THIS GUYS MAKES IT REALLY REALLY BAD.
The only reason I am giving it two stars is because of Al Luke. He was great to work with. The Finance department is another story. The finance guy (Jason) gave me a quote for GAP coverage and I told him I wanted to check with my insurance company first and get their price. He told me that I could add it that day and cancel in the next few days if I wanted to but I could not add it later. So I added it and after getting another quote I wanted to cancel. He kept telling me he would take care of it. After several weeks and several phone calls to his boss I was able to cancel it. He also put a lot of pressure to buy the extended warranty. Which unfortunately I did. A couple weeks later when I go to get my check for the cancelled GAP insurance I find out he got fired because he was making promises to customers and telling them he was taking care of things when he wasn't. They have had 3 different finance people in there since. Go somewhere else. I ended up selling my car and getting a pro-rated refund on the warranty. Just waiting for that check to come.
I bought a car here and the financial guy who was supposed to help close the deal kept trying to pressure every little package on me. Then he kept calling my wife trying to twist her arem into upgrading to a different package. She told him NO flat out 4 or 5 times untill finally she got off the phone with him. A couple days later we notice an extra cost in the bill. When we looked into it the guy still upgraded us to the most expensive warranty. When we called he just played dumb and said that he thought we would appreciate the upgrade and thought regardless our desicion that he would upgrade us anyway.

I felt the same thing. This place wasn't what I expected.
