User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI bought a wireless fax/printer scanner but did not know I needed a cable (that had to be purchased seperately). Spent 6 hrs trying to set this up with AT&T and Brother to no avail. Called the store the next day, manager said I needed a cable. He had no problem with helping us out, or exchanging for a different machine. All very nice employees.
