User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI worked for CSS for 6 years but in the long run thay let me go then tried to stop my unenployment but even when thay took the judge to court i still got it sad thay had the exter money to to go to court so many times but cant pay there workers a good wage

It has been my experience that this firm works DILIGENTLY to provide the ultimate customer service experience for their clients. That often means long hours, tiring days and stressful weeks. The executives and managers who have been with the company for many years set shining examples by getting into the trenches alongside workers to get the job done -- whatever the duty. You won't see that at many firms anymore.

I have worked for Css for thier disaster recovery department for almost 4 years. I have been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism by hte operations staff and higher. The high turnover rate everyone talks about is nohting uncommon as any security company has. The problem is so many people get too complacent and thier performance deteriorates. When that happens then there is no choice but to remove them but the good of the client who comes first and foremost and for the company and its quality employees. There have been times where I would feel like the company wasnt quite at the standard I felt it could but then I'd see anohter companies employees adn say we are by far heas and shoulders above them. The company is not perfect nor is it the most elite in the world but they are by far above average. Its been a pleasure working for them and plan to continue the pleasure.
