   Dispatch needs better phone skills: Being new to the area, I needed a taxi to take me awhile away for my new job. Upon calling dispatch I had to repeat my street address several times even though I spoke the avenue name clearly. To which when the dispatch finally got the starting destination he then sighs, "Where to"
   
   I don't nor expect superior customer service or Mary Poppins here, but I do expect a certain amount of appreciation for my business considering it was a weekday. If you can't even greet a customer correctly, then why do the job you do?

   Good Cab Co.: I have used this cab company a ton of times. I haven't had any problem. And one of my friends works dispatch for the company. They are in no way rude or anything at this company. They are mostly early when picking someone up if they can be. I just moved to TN and when I go back for visits, I will def. use this cab company again. GO PORT!

   It was a pleasure: I admit I have had less then pleasant drivers, but this applies to all the companys. I have been a regular taxi rider for quite some time, and have found port city to be more reliable, and over all more concerned with my prompt service then any other taxi in Gr. Lets here a hoo raaaa for Port City!
