User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI've been to Susie's several times with my two young children for donuts or ice cream. We have always received prompt and friendly service. During one visit, my son asked for the last donut with chocolate frosting which happened to be the one a child behind us was hoping for. Recognizing the child's disappointment, the gentleman serving us offered to put frosting on another donut for him. Susie's is a family-friendly place, and one which gives back to the community. There have been days when they will give 10% of their profits for the day to causes such as families with children who have significant medical needs. We will continue to give Susie's our business.

It was my first visit at susie's cafe today. My children and I went there to get ice cream. As soon as the young lady that worked there handed my son his ice cream it fell off the cone. She asked if I would like another for him and I said yes, please. Without saying anything she charged me for the cone that fell. It was poorly made, there was absolutely no ice cream in the cone. It was one scoop on the top, not even packed down. It was her poor skills that was to blame and I was charged for it. That was my first and last visit there. I was very disappointed by the service.

My name is Susie so I've noticed Susie's Cafe since it first opened. I finally went in with my two childen under the age of three. I was greeted right away, there were two highchairs for the kids to sit in. Being a vegetarian, I don't aways have a lot of options, but the food was great!!! Every food dish is served with a donut on the side and the kids loved that, as did I. I have no complaints!

I'd expect her to charge for the ice cream, especially when she replaced it.
