I live in the Irons area. We had our Christmas partty at Jackies. And let me tell u it sucked. The service was awful and so was the food....On top of it all we waited over an hour for our food...I have also been their on Taco night which my daughter and I had 6 tacos all together it took 40 mins to get the food and the waitress never came back to check on us.......I will not go back to Jackies again.......The places to really go in Irons for the bar goers it would be the Oak grove and for good food and fast and friendly service would be the Irons Cafe....Very good place. These 2 place will always get my business.

While staying in the Wellston area we explored the local businesses. Jackie's Place was a really wonderful find. We had a great steak dinner, at an extremely reasonable price. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive. The karaoke was a welcome addition to our evening. We found the locals friendly and easy to engage in conversation. If or when we are in the area again we will return to Jackie's Place for another memorable evening.
