User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe bought our DVD player from there, and bought the extended warranty. Our warranty was almost up so we brought it in for a cleaning & to get it checked out. When we brought it back home it was broken & they won't fix it. They said it was like that or happened after we brought it home. It was working fine before we brought it in. I'm pissed that we have to pay now to get it fixed when they are the ones who broke it. Not cool. We would have been better off not bringing it in at all. It's not the first time we've had problems with them. The Geek Squad sucks & are ridiculously expensive!!!!!
Overall - Unless I absolutely have to I will NEVER shop there again!!!!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI consider myself a very demanding customer and the son of a father who was a Audio Video Manufactures Rep. I probably spend more than most at Best Buy so have had a large number of personal experiences there. When I call the store for information a sales assistant named Stephanie seems to ALWAYS be there to answer the phone for the Computer Dept. She is always informative and anxious to be helpful and really doesn't know who I am from any other customer. I have done business with every dept. of this store for a number of years and have always been pleased with the service.
