We went into the place about 2 weeks ago and we ordered hot food. Not hot as usual, i ordered extra onions for my burger and the onions didn't get back on time. by the time i ate the burger, the waitress was bringing in the onions. I ordered apple pie and i got cherry pie. my son ordered french fries, and they were cold. Disgusting. It took the waitress a long time to do anything and we had to ask her 2 times what we needed. Extra napkins, catsup, and water. THe place wasn't busy and she wasn't paying attention to anything.
As we all know,not all employees are excellent and this waitress is probably no longer there...They always try to make it right if things are not up to par..They do have a manager and owner who are very helpful..
