User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsLiterally the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They ruined an expensive article of my clothing (orange sized hole in it) and refused to replace it. In fact, when I called to tell them of the damages (10 mins after I picked it up) I was yelled at and hung up on. Even the owner was rude and suggested that I was lying to get money out of them. They STILL will not call me back and when I came to re-pick up the item that had been ruined they DIDN'T HAVE IT. I've literally never been so insulted in my life and would highly recommend against going to "Elite" Dry Cleaners if you value the clothing that you're dropping off.
