The food was not undelicious.

First, service is speedy and courteous.

We had the steams spinach as a starter- OUTSTANDING- the sesame sauce was very nice, and the nice presentation added to the dish.
The sushi was some of the better that I've had. The spicy soft-shelled crab roll was very fresh.
I had the tempura, was light and crunchy (as it should be), and not overtly oily (which it usually is elsewhere).
My wife had the chicken teriyaki, which she couldn't say enough good things about. I tried it and it was very fresh, and flavorful. It's easy to overcook chicken, but they didn't come close here.
Both dishes had an interesting noodle side dish with a curry sauce. I didn't think that curry was a major spice in Japanese cuisine, but it worked for me!

Hot, tasty food, and fast friendly service; a must for Petoskey!

Pretty cool place. I'm far from a sushi expert, but I've had it many times at several different places and I will definitely return to Tokyo.

I like the fact that it's a small, mom and pop type of restaurant. The passion the owners have for sushi really shows and they're very friendly and helpful.

The sushi was super fresh and very flavorful. The wasabi is much more intense than what you might be accustomed to, so make sure not to use too much!

If you choose to check this restaurant out, keep in mind that they have unique hours. Call first to make sure they're open. Enjoy!
