The pomegrante margaritas are the BEST!!!
yummm.......
Another fav is the roasted tomato soup and the chicken tortila soup!
I live here and can go anytime....HAHA too bad for you!!
My family and I ate here several times while we were vacationing at Boyne Mountain. The soups were delicious and should be a huge favorite, especially in the winter months. Even though we were vacationing in early June, I tried both of their regular soups. We also tried several different entries, since we ate at Red Mesa at least three times during our stay at Boyne Mountain. We loved all of our dishes.
The only slightly offputting item were the "smoked beans" served with one of the entries. We did enquire if the flavor was "natural" or something man made put into the beans for the smoky flavor. It was so strong our 13 year old would not eat the beans. I tried them myself and found the flavor to be so strong that I thought it couldn't be natural; but we were assured the beans were smoked over a particular type of wood and the flavor was completely natural.
If you are travelling anywhere around Boyne City, I highly recommend the Red Mesa Grill
The best Mexican/South American style food we've ever eaten. The happy hour appetizers were great, especially the Black Bean Cakes. We had the chicken fajitas and they were awesome! We were there on vacation and can't wait to go back. Wish there was a Red Mesa Grill in Indianapolis!
