Hands down, the Island Resort & Casino cannot be beat with their customer rewards program. Out of all the UP and Northern Wisconsin Casino's that I have visited, the Island clearly wins my vote because they offer so many choices in how I can spend my reward points. They offer more than cheesy t-shirts, caps and travel mugs. You can exchange your points for drinks, food, gas or cash. There are 3 restaurants and an ice cream shop that offer delicious food for a very reasonable price if you do not have enough points on your card. Depending on how your luck goes, you can have a drink or two, a nice dinner and a full gas tank for the ride back home after hours of enjoyable gaming entertainment.

If you have driven a great length to get there, they also have a nice hotel for a reasonable price that includes a gaming package.

The staff is friendly and courtious and clearly have customer service training, unlike another UP Casino I stayed at.

Come and enjoy yourself, you won't regret it.
