    These guys are great! We went to all of the banks and they told us we had to have a pile of money to buy a house. They got us the money for a house - no money down. It was a Rural Development loan. The rate was the same as all the big down payment loans the banks wanted us to get. We didn't even pay closing costs up front! They put them into this loan. I sent my sister to them, she had bad credit, she thought she could never have a house. She is living in her house now. The realtor likes them too. You really get the feeling they are working for you.
