User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHOTplate is a great little shop in Marquette. They have pottery there that you can pick out and paint. They will fire the product in a kiln and give it back to you in one week. If you live out of state they will ship items to you. This little shop has very friendly staff and is a great time for people of all ages from children to adults. HOTplate does a fundraiser every year for the Womenâs Center in Marquette and helps support the community in several ways. They also have mosaic tiles you can do and just started a hot glass product being offered. Sue the owner is amazingly friendly and will help you in any way possible. If you want a do a fun evening with several of you can you reserve a table and bring in snacks and food to share. This is one of my favorite places in Marquette!
