User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI've had some trouble with them. They aren't good at coming when they say they will and they have had a great deal of trouble repairing the high efficiency forced air furnace in my house and my rental house. (One of which they installed) What happens is that the furnaces will stop working, they'll come by, tinker with it until it seems to start working again and then leave; a few days later it's out again and I have to call them back again and again. Also, I discovered a few years after they installed my furnace that they installed a cheap, inferior brand.
