Steve and all his staff go above and beyond to give you the best cup of java that I have ever had. I order the Americano with as much espresso as is legal!! He always treats me like royalty, even gave me the grand tour of the place on my 1st time in. It has that old time ambiance with all the modern flair, the place is a real class act and the prices are good too. His computer savvy rocks!!! I definitely go there everytime I am in town. It's one of the coolest spots in Houghton. Love Ya Kiddo!!!!!

Cyberian Java Jitters,: When you enter the little corner shop across from the Wells Fargo bank in downtown houghton, you can seriously see the changes in time. With pictures from the Days Ford had his car factory just a few blocks up the road, to even further with clippings and B&W pics of the mining days. To the Art Deco interior design, with the brick glass windows, and the curved cut highmount walls. One is overtaken by the complete aroma of brewing java beans. The music, the lighting, the ambience, its all set to be a casaul business meeting place, but Students from Michigan Tech University have found this place to be an optimal spot to enjoy a few hours of relaxing studying. Away from the dormitory, and/or Greek life. If you truly are looking for a good wholesome cup of java, whether it is on the fly, or just to sit and relax with friends. THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE. Ask for Bjorn, or Mike, or any of the many Staff to fix you up with a MOTIVATOR!
