    While snomobiling at our cabin in McFarland (about 20 miles away) we were all hungry and by accident found the Stonehouse.

    To say this is an extrodinary restaurant is an understatement! After eating our meal, prime rib, Jack Daniels pepper steak and bacon wrapped prawns, we called the chef to our table. He was only 21 years old and we told him, we've eaten all over the U.S. and this was the BEST meal we ever had.

    White table cloths with cloth napkins, perfectly decorated bar with antique car decantors.

    Get out if you didn't just love this place. It's awesome! Everytime we're in the area we go back to enjoy.

    Probably the best food in town. Lunch is a great deal. Most items under $10 with many under $8.00. Why go to a run of the mill place when you can eat so well for about the same price. Never had a bad meal and we go about twice a month. Service has always been excellent. Folks don't know what they are missing if they haven't stopped here.

    The food was good. It's a little bit on the pricey side as far as for a small community, but my prime rib was excellent.
    Other than the food I thought the location was horrible.. The parking was a nightmare, it's not an ideal location for a establishment with that set up.
    I also thought the building was in dyer need of a face lift, not only inside but out. There is no privacy towards you dinner, everything is stuffed in one room where waitress/waiters try to weave their way in and out like a giant obstacle course.
