User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsStayed in Norway for close to a week now on business, ordered my dinner here the last 3 nights in a row, AWFUL FOOD all 3 times, and they charge you 3 bucks to deliver it!!! First night was pizza, tasted like a cheap soggy frozen out of the box thing... Second night wings, trust me there are better out there, these were nothing to be proud of, and third night was "nacho supreme" which had absolutely no taste, and mozzarella sticks that were burned so badly the ends were black where the cheese exploded into the grease... Take the time to drive to Iron Mountain, there has to be something better out there...
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLove this place! Especially the Mediterranean pizza, my favorite. The restaurant in Iron Mountain is fantastic ... I have never tried the wings, but everyone who has says they are VERY good.

How much did they PAY you to say this???? There hasn't been any good comments about Blackstone in 3 years. Check the posts. They USED to be good - in the VERY beginning days. Now, they are greedy and much more interested in running a BAR (the new place in Iron Mtn.) than making good food. Since there's no competition in Norway, they couldn't care less about that location. It makes a chunk of money every week from the same old customers who "settle" for what they got. It's "money in the bank" for Blackstone no matter how poor the food is. When there is no competition, the quality almost always goes downhill over time.-

Sorry, Mainstreet was much better!!!!!! I liked the subs Mainstreet made. I think my favorite was the hot Italian Sub they use to make......

Absolutely right you are! You are not alone. Everything was awful when we went as well. Buch of young kids who don't know anything about cooking food working there. Friends came to visit the employees and hung out the whole time distracting the employees from doing their JOB. Told them food was LESS than desireable, and they didn't even offer to make it right or apologize in any way either. WAY overpriced too. And yes, don't bother with any of their fried foods. It was all so dried out and burnt and tasted like the oil was never changed in a year. Don't know how these yahoo's can stay in business. I guess Norway residents go because there isn't any competition (and trust me - it would'nt take much of an effort for someone to compete with them). Definitely worth the quick run to IM for GOOD food. Certainly can't find it here - that's for sure. Fast-food is better than this crap !!!
