    Battles is how BBQ should be done. The food is fantastic every time, though the service can be slow since there are usually only 2-3 people working and practically everyone in town is there, especially at lunch time. The wait is worth it. Battle's is as good as any barbeque place in Iowa.

    best barbecue: Delicious every time.

    Get the lemonade and hot sauce (not incredibly spicy, but great nonetheless).
