User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHelpful and capable folks: Jane Fitzpatrick, in the Jefferson office, was very helpful to me today(10/17/05). I was asking her for assistance in signing up an elderly relative for the LIHEAP program, which provides help for those in need of financial assistance in paying heating costs. It turned out my aunt was already enrolled in the program. Ms Fitzpatrick could not have been any kinder or knowledgeable.
