User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAnita and Stacy are GREAT!: My daughter and I go to Anita and Stacy for haircuts and color. They are wonderful. Their skill is spectacular. Their shop is welcoming and comfortable...you don't feel like a number. Plus, they carry Matrix products that are reasonably priced and very good quality. Definitely worth the drive to Altoona from Des Moines.
