Worst service I've ever had: This company was aweful. I ordered all of my wedding things through them august of '05 and it is now june of '06 and it is still not worked out. The tuxes did not come in until the day of the wedding and they were ripped and stained. The tux shoes were lost and none of them matched or were what we payed for. They charged 50% for all there merchandise and then have you pay the other 50% when it comes in but don't tell you that on your initial purchase. They yelled at my bridesmaid that I owed money, but never told me, and when I asked they could not give me an exact amount of what I owed. The workers were highschool girls who had no clue what was going on. We made appointments for fitting tuxes three days before the wedding (as was advised by them) yet the tuxes were not in. We were constantly ignored even though we made appointments. HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE. It will ruin your wedding day, trust me. It did mine.
