Johnston Dry Cleaners

We received a coupon in the mail for this dry cleaners. We called to verify the coupon and their ability to clean our bedding. We took our bedding in along with two sweaters, a dress shirt and a pair of pants. We went to pick it up from the cleaners and presented the coupon. The manager denied the coupon because she said the fine print says you must present the coupon when dropping the items. To be fair, it was printed in fine print, however when we asked about it she was rude and said it would mess up her books. We would have never even known about them if it weren't for the coupon and now we will never use them again because of their poor customer service.
