Superb prime beef tenderloin. I buy about 6 lbs each time I am in Des Moines and carry it back frozen to Florida because it is so much better than what I can buy locally. I will continue to buy there when ever I am in the Des Moines area. They sell mainly wholesale but do sell retail also and I am a retail customer. I have never had anything but excellent beef from Brewers
