User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI went to Centro for New Years Eve dinner. I had a the steak and my girl had the shrimp. It was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is nice and upscale. One of the best places to eat in Des Moines!

Centro Restaurant: Delicious pizza baked in a wood-fired brick oven and other chef's specialties. Quiet, candle-lit ambiance, excellent service.
