User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHad a problem with injectors and stated it was when started cold. Made an appointment at Charles Gabus did not stick to the appointment and took three days to look at and charged $500 dollars of what they said was non injector problems and was not covered by warranty . Problem was truck was not fixed, they gave the run around and when cornered they then needed an addition $1500. Did not stick to the warranty. Beware before they sell you a vehicle with a warranty that they will try to worm their way out of. They state they are on you side, they just forgot to say as long as they can scam more money out of you!!!

i went here to look at a car. i am a female, but wore a hat--the car salesman joked about how i looked like a guy...or a guy in drag. very professional?
i tried talking to a few other car salesmen, but they gave me the 1950s mentality of "lil girl doesnt know how to drive a car or what type of engine is in it"
make the salemen work for their commission...good luck to the people who go here -

it has been my experiance with charles gabus ford dealer ship when you have trouble with your car the service writers and those above them are very polite with you but the substance of their words is as hallow as an old rotten log . they will not stand by the standards they profess to , or live up to the declaradtions. of the standards of profection the placks on the walls procalim
