    Great wine list, great food, very good ambience. A true 5 Stars, unlike some of the bogus McDonald's type reviews you see on Yahoo. What's not to like except it is pricey. Has a great Prix Fixe menu on Sunday evenings to boot.

    Good wine list, good steak, good ambiance. This was a good experience overall. This place is a bit pricey, but worth it. My steak was perfect - very flavorful and very good quality meat. The service was excellent as well. A great choice for a good meal if you are staying in downtown Des Moines.

    Disappointed in Des Moines: This is the second time in the past two months we were very disappointed. The steak was so bad I couldn't even eat it. The dessert was awesome. The mashed potatos were a bit sour and thick. Many of the wines were twice the price for the same bottle charged by some of the finest restaurants in Chicago and Las Vegas. Outrageous.
