Rudest people I have ever come across! Walk!, you'll get there faster and you'll still have your sanity!

The customer service reps are very rude and even hang up on you after you call them because your cab has not picked you up over an hour late. I've called the general manager before to complain, and guess what he doesn't care about us either because he never called me back. What a place to dump our money at...unfortuantly I am not able to drive, and not able to find a ride to work, but this place is so horrible I would never recooment it to anyone!!
