After banking with Wells Fargo for years, and having used this particular bank for 1.5 years, I was making a deposit (at the drive-up) of two of my own paychecks and a personal check (totaling over $1000) into my own checking account - and I had included my driver's license in the process; and I was asked for another form of ID! They said they would not process my transaction without it! I had already waited 20 minutes in line - because they only had 2 tellers working on Friday afternoon. I was so angry that I just told them to send my information back - I would go to another bank. I went home and called and complained. I was told "it was policy." Funny, I'd never been asked for two forms of ID before! My address was the same on my driver's license as it was on my account and on my deposit slip. I felt harassed! My husband has deposited my checks - and never even been asked for his driver's license!
