If I could give this company a -5 stars, I would!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! The people that answer the phones are the rudest that I've ever come across. The lady actually screamed at me for calling a cab for someone else and said they wouldn't send one. I would rather walk to my destination than ever use their services. Believe me, it's not worth it!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starswow i called tonite to set a reservation for a cab to pick me up at the gryhound bus station and the guy yelled at me sayin they never have and never will pick anyone up from there how rude!!!!!!!!!!!
