User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis organization is so mired in "corporate Greed" they flip you from one branch to another.. They have tried to make us take "their" insurance when we had our own, acessed fees for things they never did. Stonewalled us on questions, and NEVER will send anything in writing other then what seems to be generated out of a "computor cliche" manual of we'l see and get back to you.. We are suing them and trying to join the class action lawsuit pending agains them in minnesota. Somehow they are also tried in with J.P. Morgan Chase an Duestche Bank.. They are Very Claok and dagger in trying not give any straight answers, and don't want us to see any of their documents.. Homecomings Financial one of their subsidsaries is the "worst" non-paying of real estate taxes in our State of Indiana.. If i knew then what i know now I wouldn't go near these people if they were the last ones on earth.. Relish the day when my business is over with them..In the mean time i advise anyone to contact your Attorney General of your state, file a compliant with "The controller of Currency" , The Better Business Bureau, and watch for them in the news ...

I have had trouble with Gmac since 05, they repeatedly escrow my mortgage account for no reason, even after i provide annual coverage. They will not admit wrong, currently they have me 8 months behind on my mortgage, but i have made every single payment, and i have bank statements to prove it, i have been calling everyday just trying to get my account amended, along with my credit they won"t even investigate my acct to see what went wrong. Still trying to clear up this matter, its bn two yrs.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBeware of GMAC: GMAC paid a real estate tax bills that did not exist. They would not acknowledge the mistake for over 6 months. GMAC refuses to provide corrected tax information, resulting in my inability to file a federal tax return.
I have spoken with their customer service (15 times and counting), written letters and their customer service response "Just wait an see â we are working on it".
BEWARE of GMAC.
