Point West Apartments

I have lived here for one year, and I totally love it. As a woman, I have always felt safe, and any maintenance problems are dealt with real fast and I don't feel like I am treated any differently because I am a woman. I felt stupid a couple of times calling about simple stuff I couldn't fix, and it was really simple, but nobody made me feel stupid just because I couldn't figure out something. The apartments are really big, and are very nice. My neighbors are quiet and things are pretty cool here. I am renewing for another ear, and am glad to be living at Pointe West again for another year. Rent is a bit higher than some other places, but these apartments are a lot bigger and I'd rather live someplace nice than in something crappy, but cheaper.

Pointe West is so far superior to anything else out there it is not even funny. Pointe West is the nicest place to live, period. I just moved out in June and moved to Cedar Rapids. I did not find as nice a place, pay more money and have a lazy guy as the manager. So NOT like Pointe West. Thought I would let people know now that I have something to compare with. Pointe West apartments are huge and they always look brand new. When I moved in I could still smell the fresh paint and the carpets were clean. The whole place was clean. My "new" apartment was not so nice when I moved in. If they cleaned the carpets I don't know where they got the soap or water because the carpet had a dingy gray color that was not nice, and nobody checked if the apartment was clean before I moved in, unless of course that decided I needed the gross collection of assorted black body hair behind the bathroom door. Anyway, I loved living at Pointe West and I miss it. I miss the nice clean apartment and the fact that Bob and Tony care about the place and fix the problems. Now all I have to do is find a job back in CF and maybe I'll get back to Pointe West.

Don't know what these people are complaining about, but whatever. I just moved in in June and LOVE it! The nicest apartment I have had in Cedar Falls. I wish I had moved here last year. Nice landlord, real cool and I have not had any problems. Huge apartment & everything was really clean when we moved in, even my roommates anal retentive clean freak mom was impressed. I luv it. Lots of closet space, so I'll just have to go shoppping for more clothes :)
