This place is a treasure! All of us who grew up in Sioux City and moved away pine for a Coney adventure.....You truly have the best!

I have traveled the world and there is no other "coney dog" like the ones from CONEY ISLAND IN SIOUX CITY IA. My children agree and they never grew up there. We don't live there now, but our first stop for
eating is usually Coney Island.

This is the best hot dog in Sioux City. We lived in Sioux City when I was a kid (Neil Armstrong hadn't landed on the moon yet). When we couldn't make it to the restaurant my mom made Coney Island's as she would "call" them. She was a great cook and got pretty close. But, the truth is...you can't make them...you have to experience them. Today I live in California and will always have fond memories of Coney Island Dogs and will always stop by when I get close to Sioux City. I've also tried to duplicate but you can't. These are the best!
