User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThey had a big "sale" there in the Spring.They sent out a mail peice to thousands in the area. The mailer said that we had definately won a car,tv,camera or Walmart gift card up to $2500. After you got there they tried to sell you a car for thousands more than their normal internet prices with a pushy outside sales group. The prize that everyone won was a $5 Walmart gift card.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThink Twice- birdnow-cascade ia.: I just spent 10,000.00 on a car here,2 days after I got it the exhaust fell off.They said the car was in great shape,could'nt get my car in for 4 days to work on it.It was a factory waranty that needed to be honnored and they knew I could'nt be with out a car that long.i talked to the service manager at 9 am and he was to call back,at 3 pm I had no call so I set up an appointment here where I live at the next day.I called to see what was going on and informed them I had it set to be fixed the next day.The problem I have is that If someone spends 10,000.00 at a place then they should try to fix it there or at least make it right some how, come on is this a way to treat a customer? Sure makes them want to come back to do more business with them

The exhaust didn't fall off, it ran well enough to be brought back to the dealership so we could give you a free loaner car. I'm am terrible sorry we couldn't get your car in that day but that's why I offered you a loaner vehicle. I'm also terribly sorry you bought your car so far away from where you lived but I guess price is everything anymore.
