In Dec of 08, while getting an oil change at this dealership, I was informed that I needed to replace 2 tie rods. I had the service done and the cost for 2 tie rods and labor was 131.50 (52.50 for the labor) (before tax). When I got home and entered my expenses into my PC, I was alerted that I had a tie rod replaced back in Sept of 08 (just 3 months prior). I was fortunate that I kept the receipt from that time and when I looked at that receipt, I was charged 144.50 for the replacement of 1 tie rod of which 105.00 was for the labor. So not only did the dealership not notify me that I had the tie rod replaced back in Sept of 08, I felt I was hosed on the labor cost on my first tie rod back in Sept 08. Needless to say I was rather annoyed at my findings. I contacted the dealership and was refunded the 1 tie rod and 52.50 worth of labor. In which they thought they were doing me a favor by refunding me the full labor on the install of 2 tie rods instead of just 1, where in essence I was over charged 52.50 on the labor of the first tie rod replaced back in Sept of 08

Point of the story, I would not trust this dealership's service department.
