This was my time visiting Iowa City and I was prepared to be crammed into a house with 8 other people as a means for showering and sleeping; possibly on a hard, dusty floor. We walked into the most beautiful, clean, spacious, accommodating home. The house has three bedrooms, a pull out couch and plenty of additional space for air mattresses if necessary. We slept 9 people very comfortably. The kitchen has top notch appliances and the entire home is so roomy. The main bathroom was extremely modern...I will just say that everyone will appreciate the features (including a heated seat which came in handy on our cold weekend)! Oh, did I mention we walked in to find cupcakes, coffee, tea, breakfast and snack items? The owners of the Koza house absolutely know how to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and are very accommodating. The owner is friendly, courteous and attentive, the property charming and convenient to downtown Iowa City. The house is gorgeous and the rates excellent. I'd recommend it to my parents (who are VERY picky--caps intentional). :-) I don't know what the previous reviewer experienced, but ALL CAPS and typos ("where grose") are to me indications of someone not altogether based in reality. I expect you'll feel the same way after a wonderful stay in Iowa City at this charming inn.
