When ordering from Zio's on 1st Ave, be sure to get the name of the person who took your order. Our company orders from Zio's at least once a week. This time, and the first time ever, we had a discrepancy regarding the total. We had a coupon for the Family Feast and ordered a 2 liter of pop. The man who took our order gave us a total of $16.25 and I asked him if that included the delivery charge and he said yes. Then I called back because we needed plates and forks. They charge $.20 for a set of plastic silverware. So, the man said our total is now $17.25. We forgot to give our debit card info, so we called back, and another man, not the one who took our order, took the debit card info and then told us the total was $18.50. When I questioned the man on the phone regarding the totals, he tried to breakdown how he got the final total. The amount was not our concern. Our concern was that he had an employee who was giving out incorrect information. The man did not apologize, all he wanted me to understand that regardless what I was told, our total was going to be $18.50.
Best Spaghetti: one of my favorite places
ok food, good service: Don't get the bruschetta -- it's awful! And the salad is iceberg lettuce with lame dressing in a plastic cup. But the pasta is good, and the kids' meals are good. They kids' meals also come with a dessert. The service at the Marion location is excellent in our experience!
