My experience at Decorah Cleaners was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I brought in a coat that i had worn for many years, which they were to fix the lining of as well as dry clean. The sewing on the lining is the worst I have ever seen costing me nearly $50 that was coming apart when I went to pick it up. The coat also did not appear to be dry cleaned. The staff was hostile, confrontational and unprofessional. They tried to blame me for their incompetencies claiming that my own coat did not fit me and forcing me to call the woman they hand off their stitching work to. I have never been treated so poorly from any business in Decorah as I have at this establishment. Wheatman Cleaners was the only dry cleaners in Decorah in my book. The people working at Decorah Cleaners have no respect for customers and appear to be defrauding many people out of their money.

Do not go to this establishment. I have been there a couple of times and I have not been pleased with their service. My blazer came back smelling like dirty water and a dress I had cleaned and preserved took two months because a mistake on the part of the staff. I was even more appalled by their terrible customer service. They were very, very, rude to me, did not listen to my complaint, and questioned my integrity. I highly recommend finding another place to get your dry cleaning done.
