User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsabove and beyond: while traveling down the mississippi river from st.paul to st.louis we had the misfortune of hitting a sandbar Island city went out of their way to repair our boat even though they were already loaded with work . I would recomend that anyone in the area stop in even if all they need is to see a frendly face because you will find one there.
